Oropharma’s Muta-Vit 25 GR is a dietary supplement specially formulated for birds. It is a unique blend of vitamins, amino acids and trace elements, with a high concentration of sulphur-containing amino acids and biotin.
This dietary supplement promotes feather development and condition, strengthens the plumage, protects the liver and ensures optimal metabolism for your bird. It is particularly effective at preventing stress-induced moulting, a common occurrence in birds during this important stage of their lives.
The sulphur-containing amino acids present in Muta-Vit are essential for the formation of keratin, the building block of feathers and skin. Biotin, meanwhile, promotes the formation of high-quality keratin, thereby enabling rapid and healthy moulting.
Directions for use
For best results, mix 1 level scoop of Muta-Vit (equivalent to 1 g) with 250 ml of drinking water or 100 g of feed or egg-based feed. The recommended frequency of use is as follows:
- During moulting to stimulate feather growth: three times a week.
- When preparing for the show season: for 4 consecutive days.
- After a course of antibiotics or other medication: for 5 consecutive days.
- In the event of loss of appetite due to poor metabolism: for a full week.
